Despite the challenges she faces growing up in a single-mother family, Kerubo holds onto a big dream – she wants to become a doctor one day. However, the harsh realities of life in the slums threaten to extinguish her dreams before they have a chance to take flight.
Kerubo’s story is one of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. Despite the odds stacked against her, she remains hopeful and determined to pursue her passion for medicine. Yet, the financial struggles of her family make it increasingly difficult for her to access the education she needs to achieve her goals.
