Bringing Hope to Bethsheba: A Story of Resilience

In the heart of Kibra, Sarangombe, a young girl named Bethsheba Nyakirari embodies the resilience that defines the human spirit. Bethsheba, a Grade 4 student at Victory and Hope Academy, has faced more challenges in her short life than most of us can imagine.

Bethsheba’s world turned upside down when her mother went missing two years ago in a case involving the police. Left without a father and with no news of her mother’s whereabouts, Bethsheba found herself under the care of her guardian, navigating through the uncertainties of life at such a tender age.
Despite the turmoil surrounding her, Bethsheba remains determined to pursue her education and build a better future for herself. She attends school with unwavering dedication, finding solace and hope in the classroom even as she grapples with the absence of her mother.
